Who these terms are between

These terms apply between you (the user, subscriber or client) and Daily Rotations ([PLACEHOLDER LEGAL ENTITY], registered at [PLACEHOLDER ADDRESS] in the United Kingdom).

By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or subscribing to our emails, you accept these terms.

The service

Daily Rotations is a daily wellbeing prompt delivered by email, available to individuals and workplaces. Emails are short reflections, prompts, quotations, conversation starters, celebrations, mental activations and occasional contributions from trusted practitioners.

The content is for general wellbeing and self-reflection only. It is not medical, clinical or therapeutic advice and should not be relied on as such. If you have a clinical concern, please speak to a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and trials

Workplace subscriptions are charged at the rate quoted at sign-up (currently £5 per employee per month). Trial periods, cancellation rights, and notice periods will be set out in your order confirmation or services agreement.

You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing hello@dailyrotations.co.uk.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service in any way that breaks the law, harms others, or interferes with the system. Don’t scrape, redistribute, or republish our content without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All written content, design and imagery on this site and in our emails belongs to Daily Rotations or its contributors. You may read and share our emails internally with your team as part of an active workplace subscription.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Daily Rotations is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
